USD Recommendation Form for Brian
Dear Colleagues, Former Students, and Friends,
Thank you so much for taking the time to write me a brief recommendation for my USD application for a Master's degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management. I know that all of you are busy with your own lives these days, and it truly means a lot to me.
Click here to download the 2-page PDF. It is due, along with the rest of my application, by April 6, 2009. Please mail the completed form to me in a signed, sealed envelope, or just scan the image on your computer and attach it to an email. Fax is also OK, but not preferred:
I have waived my right to view the recommendation. While the application committee will accept recommendations from friends, it prefers work-related recommendations. So, to those fellow teachers/tutors whom I've worked with, as well as the current university students whom I've taught or tutored in SAT, ACT, GRE or GMAT over the last 7 years: I'd especially love to hear from you.
In exchange, I can offer my eternal gratitude and admiration of your selflessness (especially if I get in!). That, and cold, hard cash. (Kidding, kidding...)
Whole Lotta Love,
-Brian
